These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Status Tracker mobile application ("App"). By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of the App
Status Tracker allows users to track the status of immigration cases using the official USCIS Case Status API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
2. Use of the App
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the receipt numbers you enter.
- Do not use the App for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
3. Data and Privacy
All case data is stored locally on your device and is not shared with us or any third party. We do not store, sell, or share personal information. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimer
Case information is retrieved directly from the official USCIS website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by USCIS. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Status Tracker and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Errors or delays in retrieving case information.
- Actions taken based on the information provided.
- Technical issues or data loss.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which you reside.
